I love that Nia allows you to be soft and expressive one moment and strong and explosive the next. It is the athleticism and fluidity that drew me in. I have seen Nia change people's lives both physically and emotionally. There isn't a better way to spend an hour than getting in touch with your inner self while having an incredibly fun and energizing work out.
