Mikey has been practicing Nia since 2000. Always a group exerciser herself, when she found Nia she was hooked. "I love the unrestrained joy of Nia, the attention given to the whole body. This is much more than a fitness class, it offers the opportunity to heal and become body aware on a whole new level."
