I started my journey with Nia 10 years ago. It was love at first sight. She awakened my inner child and allowed my spirit to soar. In 2003 after five years of dancing Nia every opportunity I could, I decided to take my White Belt Training. As an Early Childhood educator for 25 years, teaching was a natural for me. I continued my journey going through the belt levels and completed my Black Belt this summer. I audit belts whenever possible and plan to be a student of Nia for life. I love bringing Nia to people of all ages and walks of life. I teach Parent / Child Nia (2-5 year olds), cancer survivors, workshops, and high energy drop-in classes for all ages. I have a passion for sharing the five stages and self healing that body awareness can bring. Nia is for EVERY BODY. Come join the Fun!
