303.550.7106 Cyndy is a Certified Nia Black Belt instructor and has been teaching Nia since December of 1997. She has been teaching exercise classes for 22 years and continues to run, hike and bike regularly. Cyndy is also a licensed acupuncturist and uses her education and experience practicing Oriental Medicine to deepen the healing focuses of her classes. Both Western and Eastern models of anatomy and physiology fit into the practice of Nia and are part of learning “the Body’s Way”. Cyndy’s classes focus on using the principles of Nia to increase physical conditioning through the five sensations and to empower students to improve overall their health and wellness through conscious choice and awareness of mind, body and spirit. “Nia is hands down the most complete and balanced form of exercise that I have ever experienced.
