My love for Nia was instant. I was looking for a way to workout that was fun and good for me. After my first class I instantly knew my search was over and I had found something much more than just physical exercise; my spirit soared, and my body tingled. I have been a Nia Teacher for 3 years. I completed a Re-Audit of the Blue Belt Intensive and completed the Brown Belt Intensive with Debbie and Carlos Rosas in July of 2006. I love facilitating the Nia Techniques in a Class and sharing my Joy with my students. I offer workshops throughout the year to further facilitate student growth. Let\'s have fun together!
